AOD Silver
 Provides customers with 8am-5pm support with minimum monthly increments of time, i.e.  10, 20 or 40 hour/units per month.  Pricing based on which monthly increments chosen.
AOD Gold
Provides customers with unlimited 8 am-5pm administration, management and support.  Pricing determined by size of environment.
AOD Platinum
Provides customers with unlimited administration, management and support that is SLA driven. Pricing determined by size of environment and SLA requirements.
