AOD Remote Support provides customers 8x5, M-F remote support for administration services. Contracts cover a stated block of hours to be used over the course of a one-year period on an as-needed basis or month-to-month with minimum number of hours. This offering is perfect for customers needing support:

• During ramp-up time for new personnel/new environment
• For systems outside the current staff's skill set
• Support during critical application migrations and upgrades
• To cover short-term personnel shortage

In addition to providing the support of our basic AOD Remote Support, we will be performing quarterly report analysis to identify areas of required attention and make recommendations for improving health and performance of the supported environment.

This offering provides a basic level of consultation along with support and is preferred by IT management who are proactive at managing their environment and use the quarterly analysis for planning and budgetary purposes.  

AOD Remote Managed Services provides customers with remote management of systems that includes 24 x 7 technical support, proactive analysis and predictive analysis.

With this offering, we manage, trouble shoot, resolve issues, consult, analyze performance, make changes to the supported environment as requested and make hardware/software recommendations to maintain a healthy environment.
